Every neighborhood deserves a fully staffed police force, consequences for repeat offenders, and a real exit from encampments, with services and accountability.
Taxes that don't drive people out
California already has some of the highest taxes in the country. Before voting for a new tax, voters should ask whether City Hall has spent what it already has well.
